Kevin Anderson continued his good form at the French Open, with a thrilling five set victory over Great Britain’s, Kyle Edmund.
The SA star twice fought back from a set down to win 6-7, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1 & 6-4 – in an epic encounter that lasted three hours and fifty nine minutes.
Anderson will meet seventh seed, Marin Cilic, from Croatia, for a spot in the quarter-finals.
Yesterday’s win equalled Anderson’s best performance at Roland Garros – having twice before reached the fourth round, in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
